This group was founded for those of us aged 50-70+ who want easier hikes at a slower pace. Most hikes are in the White Mountain National Forest,within 45 minutes of Interstate 93.  Our goal is to hike all 4 seasons of the year, weather permitting, in the safety and comraderie of the group. Hikes are for those in condition who want to meet like minded walkers. Walks/hikes last no more than 3 hours, some as short as an hour. DOGS ARE WELCOME. Active dogs need active people! Join us for hikes with your dog all year round. Non-dog owners are welcome too! 99% of hikes will be off-leash. The typical hike is 1.5-2 h long and is for someone who is moderately fit. Most hikes wil be on the North Shore but we also venture out once in a while.
