This group is for people living a plant based, cruelty free life and those who want to learn more about it. We will be scheduling many different events. Look for a wide variety of vegan friendly restaurant outings, as well as trips to animal sanctuaries. In the summer we will be hiking and camping, too. After work hiking group for those of us who work a little later than others. We will hike at a fairly fast pace. In the winter, we'll use headlamps, so be aware of the risks and limitations that could bring. Always be prepared for ice and snow conditions, so bring Microspikes, YakTrax, or other foot gear for slippery conditions. Hiking Poles can offer additional safety when conditions call for them.
