Touching Earth & Sky Hikes are outdoor events encouraging spontaneous community to explore Nature in creative and mindful ways. Monthly events are scheduled to various locations offering various lessons to awaken our senses  and connect more intimately with both our internal and external environment. Lessons may include guided meditations, introductory Tai Chi Qigong practices, creative processes, & community building activities.

The hikes are led by volunteer Hike Leaders from the Mt. Tamalpais State Park, (MTSP) volunteer organization, called "Friends of Mt. Tam". Hikes take place every Sat.& Sun. year around. Most hikes will be between 12 to 15 miles with at least 2,000 feet of climbing. Most of our regular hikers like a 2.6 mph or faster pace (lead hikers are 3 mph+).
