  •  Tony: You ran well. Consistent, hard, interval training once a week through Labor Day will make a big difference in your Fall roadraces...you will be able to step on the gas when you want to. I hope you will try water running between workouts. I liked being privy to the "boy talk" maybe it'll help me understand my sons better. Thank you for the frozen treats --I'd like it to be an interval workout tradition. - Julie

  •  You are obviously delusional because i don't recall the so called 'destruction' you mentioned and I have no recollection of documentation. My only memory is a big ole' water gun bully on the Dan that made my way cool hat get gone! I double dawg dare you to try to out paddle me on the river...Who can surf? :) We'll see...

  •  There are a few "gems" in the Fayetteville running scene, very few. If you can get on post, the trails behind Son Tay are my favorite, but there's also Area J and the All American Trail. The terrain is pretty much sandy and level on all three options. In the 'nam, I haven't been too successful finding much in the way of good trails. I like going out to Raven Rock, if that's not too far a drive for ya. If you know of any, would you please let me know?

  •  You made a good effort at beating me in the water...you may have won the splash wars but the double dunking topped it I think. :) Looking forward to a rematch
