- I'm new to the area and am looking to meet people with similar interests.
- What is your hiking level? (ie how long have you been hiking, how often and what is your typical hiking speed?)

Advanced beginner. :) I've been doing 3-6 miles hikes at about 3 mph but I think I'm about ready to try some more challenging ones at this point.
- What outdoor activities do you enjoy? (See Polls) Hiking, Backpacking, Camping, Bicycling, Kayaking/Canoeing, Snow skiing, Camping, Whitewater, etc)

hiking and kayaking are my favorites. I've also been whitewater rafting several times...quite a rush!
- Where do you live? (For potential Carpool/ride shares) - N Ral, Central Ral, E/SE Ral, W Ral/Cary/Apex, Brier Creek, Durham, Chapel Hill, etc
