Meeting Description

Who

Any women who want to get out, enjoy the air and take a nice walk and meet new people. Take a break and join us for some fun. Dogs are welcome providing they are leashed and poop n scoop bylaws are adhered to.

Why

We as overly busy women need to do this; it's called "self-care", something we put on the back burner way too much. It's OK to be selfish and enjoy some "ME" time now and then. Actually, it is encouraged and helps our growth and stress levels.
