From the PCH North you will exit on Yerba Buena, where Neptunes Net is, travel up the winding road for approximately 5. 5 miles, the parking lot is about 1 mile past the Circle X ranch on the left. Please allow about 3 hours for this hike + travel time. You can read about this hike on www.localhikes.com, under mishe mokwa trail.
This is a great way to get in shape and meet others who have similar interests. All the hikes are open to various fitness levels and will progress in duratoin and inensity through the program. I have a degree in exercise science and an extensive background in sports/rehab massage so I am able to answer many of your questions about exercise and nutrition. This is not a bootcamp program. All hikes are free but is you would like to make a donation proceeds will go to charity. All hikes will start at the posted time on that day. For more information please go to www.sandykelly.net
