Meet other happy and fun-loving people who like to hike, bike, canoe, kayak, golf, bowl, dine out and try new things and places. To share good company, interesting locales, food and conversation.
Something New! is featured in this month's issue of the WA Trails Assoc. magazine, and if you'd like, you can pick up your copy at REI.
Our hiking pace is Slow throughout on all moderate-steep/strenuous uphill climbs and Slow/Moderate downhill.
Important: If you feel that you want more of a cardio workout/burn than this would provide and don't feel the need for frequent breaks, or just want to push yourself and go uphill faster, I would suggest you seek out a group that will accommodate your needs.
Please use your discretion over your stamina and hiking ability level. Although we do a mix of easy to difficult hikes on flat and more difficult terrain, we may cover many miles. If you are not confident that you are able to complete the hike, I suggest waiting until a shorter event is available.
Before we begin our outdoor events, it is required to sign a waiver of liability. All events are done at your own risk.
See you on our next adventure!
