Introduction
Just moved to No. Raleigh in January and started biking and hiking the parks right away--until temps dropped back below freezing *brrr* I'm still loving the Umstead trails and want to try other parks here, too--with company!

  •  Hi Sarah,

Transitioning at midlife can be very tough. Some of us have "been there--done that" and can share their experiences. We also understand how schedules can be. One of the things we will be discussing is time management and how to get the most out of your limited hours. We'd certainly love your input.

  •  Sarah: It was nice meeting you. I am sorry I already had a someone aboard. I don't check these web pages as much as some do otherwise I would have responded... I am sure we will meet on a ride at some point and get to know each other better...

  •  hey sarah, it was great talking with you too! thanks for sending those book titles. I was actually going to contact you because I totally forgot them on the 2nd half of the hike (don't know if its old age or if I just zoned out because it was so peaceful out on the hike). Hope your knee is doing better?.

  •  It was nice urban hiking with you. You are a conversationalist. You made it fun. I hope to see you at other events.
