Hello, My name is Theresa. I love to hike. I moved to the area late last year and have been hiking with some of the other meetup groups. The people have been friendly and fun to hike with.

Yes. I think it is important for participants to think about their endurance, capabilities and know what type of shape they are in. Then they can make good decisions.
