We are the accidental hiking group. All fun loving, outdoorsy people who don't take their hikng too seriously are welcome! This group was originally started to get a group together to hike the Inca Trail to Machu Pichu. What an awesome trip! There are future Machu Pichu trips going & helpful info on the Message Board. Want to attend?

Excellent, challenging scramble up Breakneck with steep climbs up the rock face. Depending on heat & humidity we'll decide between the short (approx. 3 miles) or the longer loop (6-7 miles). Meeting at the clock in Grand Central at 8:30 for the last train to Breakneck at 8:50, $20 round trip. Or meet at trailhead parking lot on the 9D. Popular hiking spot, may be crowded. Read more
