Please join us 6:00 Wednesday for energizing walking & great conversations, on one of 12 trails, 1.3 hours, @ Greenville scenic areas of Cleveland Park, Paris Mountain, & Furman Lake, usually along streams or lakes.

You likely cannot find anything which makes you "FEEL GOOD" like a brisk walk, to get your body hormone endorphins flowing, & "FEEL GOOD" for several days, & the higher metabolism weight loss lasts about 48 hours. Those wanting more vigorous exercise are encouraged to take side trails on hills or at a faster pace.

Scott is very knowedgeable about supplements & nutrition, & can suggest items & web links for your weight loss & other needs.

While talking before each walk, Scott serves an exercise juice drink with Whey protein and mono-unsaturated fat (balanced like Olympics expert Dr. Barry Sears).

HIKING- Scott's longest hike was 32 days backpacking across British Columbia, & he's hiked 60 trails locally. Unlike many hiking groups, we take extra time to appreciate views, have a snack, catch our breath, sit in silence, etc. Difficulty is easy-moderate, as rated for new hikers. Prior hikes have been at Dupont Forest, Paris Mountain, etc.
