  • “ Excluding race days, the Saturday group is usually larger so there is generally a good mix of pace groups; something for everyone. The Wednesday group seems to move a bit faster, since the distance is shorter, but we generally try to pull everyone along at about a 9:00 min pace, give or take 30 seconds. ;) ”
