Welcome to Second Wind Hiking and Getaways!!! This meet-up is for those of all ages who are interested in enjoying the outdoors, photography, the love of the Colorado scenery, river rafting tours, train rides, horseback riding, camping trips, biking and trail hiking. I also encourage those with children and teenagers to bring them along with us.
Hiking in the wilderness can be a dangerous and unpredictable activity. Meetup.com or its organizers are not liable for injuries. If you are unsure about your ability to hike a certain trail, it is recommended you contact your physician for a physical evaluation. It is ALWAYS recommended you bring: Water, small first aid kit, a rattlesnake bite kit, a whistle, bug spray and sunscreen on all walks, hikes and other outdoor activities.
I believe you'll enjoy and have a lot of fun learning about the state of Colorado and what it has too offer with memories that will last a lifetime.
