- I've been running almost since I could walk, and for me, fitness is as fundamental as brushing your teeth. I'm always thrilled to meet other fitness-conscious folks. Hiking is a great way to stay fit! In addition to running, I also walk.
- What other activities do you enjoy?

Anything athletic, DVDs and movies, home and car repair, politics, music (many genres and in just about any venue), beer and wine, and travel.
- Do you prefer local hikes or camping hikes in throughout NC?

- What are your favorite local places to hike?

Bizarre as it sounds, I love to explore old neighborhoods in Raleigh and Cary.
