Got to love the feel of dirt/snow/rocks under our feet and the fresh pine air! This group is for all the experienced mountain lovers in the Denver area. Plan on at least 1 hike a week or more. This group loves to hike to stay fit. Please be sure that you have adjusted to the altitude and have hiked the Colorado trails already so that you and the rest of the group have a positive experience. We will "scramble" sometimes, venture up 14ers, experience backpacking & relax car camping! Winter hiking with boots when dry, snowshoes & cross country skies with/or without skins are included in our agenda. Also, hut trips & a trek will be in our future. Let's hit the forest, have some fun, share great conversation about your adventures or food (haha) and emerge ourselves in nature!
