Hikers,

I've been getting a lot of emails lately wondering why memberships were terminated or being threatened to be terminated. Therefore, it is time, once again, to issue the bi-annual reminder to all who are not aware, that you are required by MEET UP to at least log into your account on occasion in order to keep it active. If you do not log in occasionally, your account will be terminated.

This process is done by MEET UP. Tri-State Hiking Club has no control over this process and can do nothing about it. If you are terminated, your only recourse is to rejoin. I know it's a pain but it is how it is. So, log in once in awhile and keep your account in tact. Besides, we like to see your smiling face every now and then.

This email is only being sent to folks who have been inactive for 3 or more months.
