Introduction
I like to walk, but my friends don't. I'm stressed and need to walk off some pent up energy.
What is your craziest hiking memory (or "have you ever been chased by a bear")

Only that when hiking around Yosemite it started off sunny , then snow, then hail, then sleet then a light drizzle as we came down the mountain. was kind of fun

What is your favorite place to hike in the Cincinnati / Tri-State area?

i haven't been out much, Rowe Woods is nice, but I like East Fork State Park so far.

What do you do for a living?

Student, changing careers

Where are you from? (if you've lived lots of places, list them)

Born in Chicago , ended up in Northern Kentucky.

What is your favorite thing to do in the outdoors? (keep it rated PG, your mother might read this)

I like to work in the garden. Pulling weeds and getting the soil ready for planting.

  •  Thanks for the shout! I hope to make one of the next hikes coming up. I am getting 'the itch' to be out hiking again.

  •  Thanks for the welcome message Anita. My April and May schedules are booked with prior commitments so my outdoor activities are limited until June (bummer). I'm current on a business trip in Tucson AZ and I did get a chance to get away for a afternoon desert hike. It was on a four mile trail up a cayon with a 150 foot water falls at the end. The falls had seven different sections and was really cool to see. dealing with the afternoon heat was a small price to pay for the beauty of the falls.
