hey there just wanted to get my name out there and meet a few new people. I am moving here to ohio from oregon in may. Wanted to get to know a few people since I wont know a soul here.

Hey! Welcome to the Backpacking Meetup. Don't rush out and buy any gear just yet. Depending on how many club members we get and how many need gear, we may be able to work out a club discount at one of the outfitters. In any case, I'm looking forward to our organization meeting. I hope to see you there. And I'll be sure to let everyone know just as soon as I figure out where "there" is! ;-)

Hey- We have Pics that look alike :) You're from TN originally? What part? I may try to come to the hike tomorrow AM- If so, we can talk a bit because I LOOOOVE TENNESSEE and can talk for hours about that beautiful state :)
