  • E-mail me offline, John, if you're the "head honcho" of this group; looks like you've made a great success of it; would like to brainstorm for central Kentucky "fringe" groups...

  • Hi John, thanks for the shout. The archer who tried kayaking must have been pretty bad since it was on a flat lake - no whitewater.

  • Hey, John, Welcome to the Backpacking Club. We don't have anything as wild as Alaska anywhere close to here, but we'll try to find someplace wild enough to suit you! ;-)

Thanks for signing up. I have a feeling you are going to be an incredible asset to any group you are part of. I hope to meet you at the first meeting. I'll post the venue as soon as I get an idea how many we might have. -Dave

  • Hey, John. We've started a Backpacking meetup group and would really value your input and expertise. We don't have many bears you need to scare off for us, but if you know how to coach, you'd be more than welcome.
