Devou Park-easy to moderate hike-under four miles

Devou Park is a Covington gem and apparently it's best kept secret. It boasts beautiful views, a spectacular nature trail, and an inexpensive golf course, but Covington likes to make it hard to find. I think they are trying to keep out the hiking riff raft, but too bad for them, we got directions!!! Below are the directions so join up with us for a great nature hike. Park near the clubhouse at the golf course. I'll be sporting a beagle and shepard for those who haven't met me. You will probably hear the beagle until I turn the sprayer on his collar on.

Here are very reliable directions straight from the Cincy Enquirer:

Take I-75 South to the Kentucky 1072/Ft. Wright exit. Turn right off the exit and turn right onto Dixie Highway. Take Dixie Highway one block to Sleepy Hollow Rd. and turn left. Follow the road 1.7 miles to the park's entrance on the right. Follow Devou Park Rd. until it dead ends into Montague. Turn right for available parking in the golf course and tennis complex parking lot.
