Join us for 4-5 miles of moderate to difficult terrain in McFarlin Woods. I was able to do this hike with some huffing and puffing, but the trail is rather rustic and rocky. For those that hiked it on the ice, it isn't much easier dry as the trail is mostly full of rocks and gullys. Therefore, please consider this to be a moderate nature hike. There are some inclines but nothing to serious. The most difficult part was navigating the rocks and gullys. I recommend hiking boots or solid athletic shoes for this hike and poles or walking stick if you have them.

Leashed dogs are fine on this hike.

We can convene for lunch at the original LaRosas on Boudinot after.

    We are meeting in the lot nearest to the restroom. It is a small park and the only actual lot in the park I think. Just keep driving til its end at a lot.
