Moderate Urban/Wooded Walk at Ault Park and Hyde Park

How to find us
"I'll be driving the white Scion that looks like a white box. There is only one real parking lot in the park. We'll park there right in front of the Pavillon. You can't miss the Pavillon!!!!"

We will do 4-5 moderate miles around Ault Park, the Observatory Historic District, and Hyde Park. We will explore the wooded trails at Ault Park, the steps to the Observatory and some beautiful urban views including some of the most gorgeous homes in Cincinnati. The hike will be followed by dinner at Zipps per Jenny's request.

Although it is supposed to rain this weekend, it is scheduled to be clear and sunny by Sunday afternoon, so don't let the rain scare you.

    Thanks Jenny for the well thought out jaunt. No matter where we were on the the walk we had a view of the water. It`s a scientific fact that water views are calming and soothing........usually

    After looking at Zip's menu online........I am rethinking my maybe :)

    • “ Even in the rain we have a good time! Next time, when the sun is out and it is not slippery, we can hit the trails- lots more to explore. Cheers ”
    • “ It was good! Too bad that the weather did not cooperate better, because we skipped the wooded and probably muddy areas to stick to the paved sidewalks. It was nice nonethless. ”
