Hi everyone, just joined the group.

I have a cabin which is a mile hike into the National Forest Reserve. My family and I use it for retreats, parties, and just general "zenning". Often times, Hikers on the way to the saddle will ask me if I rent the place, and the answer is usually no. On the other hand, I don't mind hosting affairs there with friends and so on. I would be interested in letting the group use it as either a destination for a meeting, party, or a jumping off point for those that want to hike deeper in the canyon. The possibilities are endless. Since I see a hike scheduled soon for Icehouse, you can take a look at it while hiking up. It is cabin 35 just past the junction with Chapman trail.

It would be great if there could be more beginner hikes mixed in your schedule for some of us slow pokes - no many hours. There are plenty of trails out there to check out. Thanks.
