hike leader: fearless leader Jose

Ok I called the place and It is open and untouched by the fires.
So just like i promised last month, we are going to do this hike no matter
what. Even if it rains, we still go! even if there is a fire we still go! Even if i
get the swine flu we still go. (don't worry I'll bring a mask!)
So we are going! (Unless I can't wake up!)

what to bring: water, hiking shoes, snack, bathing suit if you want to swim.
dress for weather.

directions: ok the closest freeway is the 210 freeway and there is different exits from
the east and west. So i suggest just mapquest or goggle the address.
be aware that the address is just a big sign and a mailbox. and a road.
Look for it just after you pass New York Drive on the right side.
Just take the road down and you will see a parking lot. in the middle of the
parking lot is where i will be

hike level: Beginner 2/10 400 feet gain, 3 1/2 miles roundtrip 2 hours

Ok this is the easiest hike I do. This hike is very easy.
The hardest thing you will do is rock hopping and stream crossing.
But the good news is that our destination is a waterfall with a SWIMMING HOLE!!!!!!!.
I know it is cold right now but by it might get hot enough to take a swim.
But even if it is cold, I will still go in. So what if i turn blue.

The hike starts out at the eaton canyon nature center. We walk to the dry river
and just follow it all the way to the falls and come the same way back.
Dogs Ok but must be on a leash at all times
kids ok but you are responsible
