Windy City Hikers is an outdoors group active in the Chicagoland area. We have no membership dues. We're all about getting outside; hiking, camping, canoeing...but hiking is cheap and easy!

This should be a beautiful hike on rolling hills through pine plantations, prairies and southern hardwood forests in Wisconsin's Southern Unit of the Kettle Moraine State Forest. I've seen it described as "the most popular trail within hundreds of miles."
We'll hike between 7-10 miles depending upon the weather and energy of the group. Read more
