Bay to Breakers - 7 mile hike to Golden Gate Park
Let's meet at the Civic Center BART station stairs on the south side of Market Street (near 1155 Market St.). We will meet at 7:45AM and depart shortly after. We will walk toward Hayes street to try and catch the beginning of the race. We'll join the festivities and hike the route to Golden Gate Park. The Bay to Breakers website has a map of the route. Public transit should be available for a ride back to BART.
Wear comfortable shoes, bring water, snacks, hat, etc. Crazy costume optional. Unlike our other events, it will be a bit chaotic, and may be difficult to travel as a group. Just enjoy the party :-).
