Why did you join the Las Vegas Hiking and Outdoors Meetup?: To meet others in the Vegas area that also love outdoors fun and to discover new places.
Where would you most like the group to go on an outing?: Utah and Arizona canyoneering and backpacking.
Where is the most scenic place you've ever hiked or camped?: Southern Utah is by far the most beautiful place in the world.
How did you get started hiking, or what has gotten you back in to it?: I have always hiked. Being outside, especially in the backcountry, really remote, is just fun. It is like a big fun treasure hunt and you're forever finding the booty. I feel lucky out there.
