Howdy, I lead hikes for the Nevada Wilderness Project and thought it would be cool to get some meetup.com folks on these hikes into Nevada's beautiful wilderness.
What is the most difficult hike you have ever done?

Why did you join the Las Vegas Hiking and Outdoors Meetup?

This is a great group doing tons of hikes. I hope to show folks some incredible places that most have never heard about.

Where would you most like the group to go on an outing?

Desert National Wildlife Refuge - the place is incredible - largest wildlife refuge outside of Alaska and it is just north of the city.

Where is the most scenic place you've ever hiked or camped?

So many places, hard to choose - the Desert National Wildlife Refuge, Gold Butte, Wee Thump J-Tree Wilderness, Muddy Mts, Sloan Canyon.....

How did you get started hiking, or what has gotten you back in to it?

The chance to explore wild and beautiful country on my own two feet.
