Introduction: Moved here about three years ago, originally from Washington DC. I'm very laidback, love traveling, hiking, poker, snowshoeing, climbing, movies, and anything involving water- especially hotsprings!(-:
Why did you join the Las Vegas Hiking and Outdoors Meetup?: I heard this was a good place to meet people with similar interests, which is great, I'm tired of meeting people in bars, clubs, and poker tables.
Where would you most like the group to go on an outing?: Bryce, Page, and of course Havasupai!
Where is the most scenic place you've ever hiked or camped?: Zion Narrows top to bottom, Angel's Landing, and Havasupai.
How did you get started hiking, or what has gotten you back in to it?: It's great exercise, refreshing, good for the mind and spirit. I love being outdoors, and the Southwest has no shortage of amazing places to see!
